This house has been completely renovated and is like new
inside. The kitchen has been expanded and completely replaced.
The master bedroom has a large closet [running the length on one wall] and private bath. The
original hardwood floors have all been refinished.
NOTE that the pictures that are shown were all taken in
2001. Since that time all the rooms [except the kitchen] have been painted. All
rooms except the kitchen are
now different colors. In addition, the vinyl flooring in the
kitchen has been replaced with a darker, brownish floor that looks like stones
tiles [and
is *much* easier to keep clean!].
The house is located on a one-block, dead-end street in the
Edgewood area of Homewood. It's near Homewood Park, Homewood
Library, Edgewood Elementary, and Homewood Middle School.

If traveling on Oxmoor Road in Homewood, turn south onto Broadway at the
