This is an Conn 90G valve trombone, also referred to as a trombonium. It's in great condition! You can see from one of the pictures that it's an Elkhart Conn 88H bell section connected to a euphonium-like valve section. Plays great. I bought it earlier this year to play while resting my slide arm. The nerves and muscle in my right bicep are aren't talking to each other properly. The doctor has now said it won't get any better even with neck surgery. So, there's no need to lay off the slide ... unless it starts getting worse. So, I've decided to sell this 90G. I'd love to be able to keep it. But I need the cash much more than I need an extra horn that I won't be playing very often.
This horn is in almost perfect condition. It's nickel/silver, not gold-colored brass. One tiny pinhead dent on the player's side of the main tuning slide [i.e., the lowest tubing when you're playing]. Other than that ... nothing wrong at all.

section is not removable, although I'm sure an enterprising soul could turn it
into a convertible bell.
